I am getting this error (0x800CCC0B) when I send email with Outlook, what should I do?

For security our mailservers are set to require SMTP Authentication, basically it will authenticate you as an authorised user of our mailserver and permit the sending of email.

Here's what the option box looks like in Outlook, it's found in the email account settings and is something you setup per email account, if in doubt you will find out how by searching the Outlook help file for "SMTP Auth".
