How do I change an A record IP address?

If you have a web hosting plan with us, then you will have full access to edit your domain names DNS zone from within your cPanel control panel.

Simply login to your cPanel and click on the "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" from the Domains section, from here you can edit your DNS zone as required.
