How do I update my credit/debit card details?

If you ever need to update your credit/debit card details or simply wish to remove it from our system, you can do so from your secure customer portal following the instructions below.

Add/Update Card Details

  1. Login to your Customer Portal account
  2. Under the "My Billing" menu click on "Manage Card Details"
  3. You will now see the details of the existing card we have on file and have the option to add new card details
  4. Enter your new card details into the form provided ensuring you select the correct type of card you are using (EG: Visa for Visa credit cards, Visa Debit for Visa debit cards, etc)
  5. Click on "Save Changes" to update your details

Remove Card Details

  1. Login to your Customer Portal account
  2. Under the "My Billing" menu click on "Manage Card Details"
  3. You will now see the details of the existing card we have on file
  4. Click the "Remove Card" button below the existing card details to remove the stored card details
