Accounts are suspended for one of two reasons:
- Your account is currently past due and our attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful
- Your account has become resource intensive on one of our shared machines and we have temporarily suspended the account to maintain the integrity of such machine
If you feel as though you do not fall under either one of the above, contact our billing team including your domain name so that we can locate your account.
If your hosting account has been suspended because you have a past due balance, you can make a Credit/Debit Card payment via our Customer Portal and your account will be reinstated within 15 minutes of the payment being processed.
