With SPAM on the increase it's important that you use the tools available to cut down the levels of SPAM your inbox receives, SPAM fills up inboxes and can prevent the Below are the recommended options available with our hosting services.
All new hosting accounts are setup with our Mailfoundry spam service as default, this is a great service we offer free for our hosting clients to cut down on SPAM. If you're account is not currently using the Mailfoundry service we strongley recommend you have it enabled, to do so simply email support@ukwsd.com with the details of the domain names you wish to protect.

The more layers or protection you have the better so even if you do have our Mailfoundry service we still recommend that you enable Spam Assassin, this is done from your cPanel control panel.
When you enable Spam Assassin the default score is 5 which is a little low, we recommend something a little more conservative like 8 or 10. You also have the option of auto-deleting the email that is marked as SPAM.
