Along side our UK web hosting services, we offer a complete domain name service so you can create the exact package that you need. You can either register a new domain name with us, transfer your existing domain names over or keep them with your current provider and simply point them to our nameservers.

If you are looking to use your domain name for email, website hosting or custom DNS records then you will need a web hosting package. Our UK web hosting packages are feature packed and provide you with plenty of web space.
Using Existing Domain Names
If you've already registered your domain through us or another domain provider, you can still use it with our great value web hosting service. Please read below to see how you use your current domain with our web hosting services.
.uk TLD registration rules
As per Nominet regulation, the reservation rights of shorter domains ending .uk, based on the ownership of a .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, .net.uk, .plc.uk, or ltd.uk expired starting from 25th of June 2019. The deadline to claim reserved .uk domain names ended at 6am BST (UTC+1) on 25th of June 2019. To read more, go to Nominet website.
If your domain is already registered with us
All you need to do is order your web hosting plan and start your online presense. Once you complete your order we will activate your new account and email you the account details, this will contain the nameserver records that you need to use with your domain.
You can change the nameservers on any domain that you have with us through the Customer Portal at any time, please allow up to 24 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate across the Internet.
If your domain is with another provider
Unlike some web hosting providers we don't force you to transfer your domain over to us in order to use our web hosting services, we leave that choice entirely up to you.
If you prefer to keep your domain with your current provider that's no problem, you can still use it with our great value hosting packages. Once you've ordered your account you simply change the nameservers with your domain provider to those detailed in your account activation email.
